Dr. Prasanna Sivanandam, Campus Head and Director of ITM Business School,Chennai holds a Doctorate in Psychology from Madras University, a natural progression from undergraduate and post graduate degrees in the same subject.She has the rare distinction of an academician with a rich Industry experience. She has been in academics for more than a decade and a half. As a practicing psychologist, she has been a consultant to Britannia Industries , SRM group of institutions and numerous NGOs As an accomplished trainer- cum counsellor she has been conducting corporate training programmes for executives specialising in frontier areas of modern management like stress management, time management, assertiveness, parenting etc.,
She was the Head of Human Resources Department of a progressive business school in Chennai for over 5 years and has also shouldered the responsibility of a faculty. She is the vice chairman of SICCI HR forum. She has been blessed with a happy home life – a true tribute to a multifaceted personality.
Presently working as the Professor and Registrar of ITM Chennai.Has got 28 years experience in teaching and academic administration (including 12 years in ITM Mumbai and 5 years in ITM Chennai).Has Published about 95 articles, 7 short stories and 20 poems. Received many awards including “ Pride of Thane “ of Thane Municipal Corporation (Maharashtra State). Presently member of more than 1 dozen social, cultural, educational and professional organizations.
Prof. Sathya Saminadan R S is coming from a pure sales background with 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, having held positions of Area Sales Head & Area Sales Manager in ICICI & HDFC for more than 5 years. My last designation in Sales was Area Sales Head of TN & Kerala. Further to the sales experience, Prof.Sathya had a 2 year stint in Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM) as Lecturer and currently working with ITM Business School, Chennai as Professor of Marketing for the past 32 months. The total experience sums up to 12 years plus.
Having a rich experience in corporate and academics together, have been in the middle level management in corporate industry and marketing professor in my last 5 years in academics., have
taught various Marketing Subjects in Marketing and to mention a few, Brand Management, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing communication, Services Marketing and few more.He initiated and chaired a conference for Marketing successfully in the year 2014, made the conference an International event in the year 2015. His PhD in Sri Chandrashekara University, Kanchipuram. He also associate himself as visiting faculty at Loyola College, Asan Business School, LIBA as well.
Prof. Sathya, wrote few papers in National and International journals on Marketing, Consumer behavior and Branding as well.
She has a professional expereince of 3.5 years in banking and 2 years of experience as an Assistant Professor for MBA with Alpha College of Engineering. Presently associated with ITM Business School as an Asst Professor. Have published articles and conducted many soft skills training in industrial and academic environment.She has done her Master of International Business (MIB) and Btech (Civil).She is also a second rank holder from Cochin University of science and Technology Kerala, for MIB.
Ms. K. Yoga Lakshmi MBA, M Phil, M.Com is an astute professional with experience of over 10+ years across Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Client Servicing, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Process Improvements, counseling , HR , Business Development and Team Management. She has extensive experience in image and brand building, growing and managing professional associates and client relationships, development and implementation of business strategies .She is currently spearheading the Marketing department of Chennai Region at ITM Business School .She is an enthusiastic and a successful Leader with effective management & Interpersonal skills. A Professional Trainer and has till date conducted more than 200 training programmes and has been involved with designing, organizing and conducting various training programs to different groups of audience for the past several years. She is also a Powerful public speaker, motivator and designer of training programs and has honed the speaking skills of many a participant. An effective mentor who is always present for counseling students.
A multi faceted personality, Kalyani Hariharan, is a Post Graduate in English Literature with a B Ed from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She has completed her HR from Symbiosis Institute, Pune. Her career began with teaching and she later went on to work in corporates in executing projects in the Music industry. In 2003 she started Master Mind Academy , an all women team, which trains students on Mental Arithmetic (Abacus) English and soft skills in Mumbai. In 2012 , an arm of MMA was established for training under the name METAMORPHOSIS – Learning Institute For Empowerment, which conducts workshops for working professionals on various soft skills and employability skills and interview techniques for college students.
She has a certificate in ‘Management Development Program’ for women entrepreneurs from IIM – Bangalore and Training and Development from ISTD and NATAD .She is a certified trainer in Communication from Dale Carnegie Institute, USA and has also done certificate courses from TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) on Communication and Interpersonal skills, Theme Centred learning and participated in other interactive workshops. She has a certificate in “Enneagram Personality Training” too.
Kalyani is formally trained in areas such as Competency Mapping, Change Management and Commmunication skills from reputed institutes and has been a soft skills trainer. Her experience also includes forays into the retail world, where she is a certified trainer for TITAN industries, Aditya Birla’s MORE superstores etc to train their employees on effective communication and customer relationship management. She was a faculty with Bombay productivity Council, Mumbai and Chennai productivity council and has conducted many training programs in Mumbai and Chennai for corporate and in colleges.
Dr. V. Ramasubramanian hails from Thanjavur He is associated with ITM as adjunct professor and teaches Finance. He holds degrees in commerce and law, a post graduate degree in Management. His doctoral work was on credit risk management in banks. He also has an accounting qualification from UK and has certifications from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a practicing consultant and heads a consulting firm namely Risk Advice and Management Services.

He has been a banker for over 25 years. He has served in Syndicate Bank for two decades serving in various parts of India. He served as Head of the overseas department with Oman International Bank at Muscat, Oman. He was also the Senior faculty cum Principal designate of staff training college of Karur Vysya Bank for a while and Visiting faculty for seminars/advanced courses conducted by the Oman Institute of Bankers, Muscat.
He was also associated with Anna University, Pondicherry University and Annamalai University as a visiting faculty. He was Chief Examiner for central valuation of Anna University TQM board in June 2006. He has written lessons for MBA programs of Pondicherry University on the subject of project Management. He is an approved Project guide for MBA students of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, All India Management Association, New Delhi and Madras University.
He is happily married to Mrs. Nalini and has been blessed with a daughter.
