Induction Program – Day 3

The third day of induction program was filled with activities and games that helped the students to come out of the inhibitions and stage fear and to improve the confidence level as well as an over all development of personality.

SESSION: 1 
 

The first session was a talk by Ms Anulekha of 2011-2013 PGDM batch, who is associated with HCL Ltd for the past  2 years.

 

She shared how ITM transformed her and developed her skills. She gave the students some insights about the industrial environment as well as how to improve their employability. She encouraged the students to be corporate ready always.

SESSION: 2 -4

Ms Manisha from ITM Mumbai Corporate team, who is in charge of the soft skill training, was the resource person for the next three sessions. 

 

 

Students involved in chart preparation, to understand how individual strengths can be translated to team strength and enhance team effectiveness.

 

She introduced the students to a wide array of activities and meditation, which helped the students to let go of the negative energy and fear in them as well as to knowing their friends better. She highlighted the usage of Johari Window to understand themselves and improvise. Various group activities were performed to ensure the importance of being a good team player.
