Induction Program – Day 7
OUT BOUND TRAINING PROGRAM
Students were in for a surprise on the last day of induction program as they were taken on an Outbound training program by Ms Neha Aggarwal, Operations Head, Skills Grow. Outbound training program was held at Game fishing Farm at Thiruporur. Students had an exciting session of learning and fun. There were lots of activities to improve the individual and team strength.
Students were involved in activities to improve their listening skills and time management.
Students with the logo they have made for their team. This activity helped improvising their team
skills, innovation and creativity.
Students involved in “passing the ball” game to improvise strategic thinking.

Students involved in some constructive work with the common things around the place.
The day ended on a high note, with students knowing each other better and with improved confidence level and a newfound resolution and commitment to work towards a better future.
